COMPETITION RULES

Donaldson Europe BV, with registered office at Interleuvenlaan 1, 3001 Leuven, Belgium is organising a contest without purchase obligation, which will start on 02/01/2024 and end on 30/03/2024.

Participation in this contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or over.
By entering the contest, participants will be deemed to have accepted these contest rules.

For any entry into the contest to be valid, participants must enter via https://donaldsoncontest.com/en/ or https://donaldsoncontest.com/de/ and must match 4 cards as fast as possible. At the end, the participant must fill in their data.
All incomplete entries will be excluded from the contest. All participants are restricted to a maximum of one entry in the contest.

Only one prize may be awarded per registered email address to the survey. Prizes cannot be monetized or transferred to third parties. Donaldson may change the prize at any time.
The prizes are:

• One Nespresso machine and one JBL speaker.

The contest is open to persons who are citizens or permanent residents of, and living in, the Republic of South Africa.
Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Winners will be drawn at the end of the competition period. In addition to finding all matching pairs of images, participants must guess the total number of participants for the game. The player to find all matching pairs of images in the fastest time and with the closest guess wins the Nespresso machine. The players with the second fastest time and second closest guess wins the JBL speaker.
Participants must answer all questions to complete their entry into the contest.

The Donaldson team will use its reasonable efforts to contact the winners by phone and/or email to arrange for the hand over of the prize.
The following persons are excluded from entering in the contest: a director, member, partner or employee of Donaldson or any a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition.

If any of the information submitted is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise invalid, your entry will not be considered.
All entries received after the closing date of the contest will not be eligible.
The result of the contest is binding. The decision on the designation of the winner is final and irrevocable

Donaldson will always have the right to exclude a person from participation in this contest or any other (future) contests, in the event of a breach of one of the contest rules or in the event of (suspected) abuse, fraud or entry into a contest in bad faith.

Donaldson reserves the right to amend the contest or the procedure in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if circumstances beyond the control of Donaldson warrant this. Donaldson cannot be held liable for any interruption, postponement or cancellation of the contest as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

Donaldson reserves the right to communicate about the contest and its winners, including for marketing purposes.
By entering, participants agree that if they win a prize, their picture, name and place of residence may be announced on the social media pages, the website and any other digital or analogue channels operated by Donaldson Europe

Donaldson cannot be held liable for any loss, physical injuries or accidents that could occur because of winning a prize and/or participation in a contest.
Donaldson cannot be held liable for printing, spelling, typographic or other errors, or technical issues (related to the internet, email, etc.).

Participants expressly agree that Donaldson will process the following personal data for the administration of this contest :

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number

If participants have granted their express consent by ticking the box provided for that purpose, Donaldson will be authorised to contact the participant about promotions, offers and contests, i.e. via its newsletters.
Donaldson will treat personal data in accordance with the relevant regulations. By submitting personal data, participants expressly agree to the collection and processing of these personal data by Donaldson in accordance with its privacy statement, which is available from the following website: https://www.donaldson.com/en-us/privacy-policy/
Participants will at all times be able to access their personal data, have their data corrected or deleted, or object to the processing of their personal data.

The mere participation in this contest implies acceptance of the present contest rules without any reservation. No disputes will be accepted concerning the wording of the questions or the answers thereto.

These contest rules are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to these contest rules which cannot be solved amicably between the parties shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking courts of the judicial district of Brussels, Belgium.
